In the very unlikely event that you have a problem with a purchase we recommend that you always return your purchase direct to us; failure to do so may delay rectification and cause you unnecessary costs. However, please be aware that the warranty cover provided does not include user damage.
Before making an internet purchase we strongly recommend that you check the credentials of the potential retailer. In our case we suggest you look us up on the Companies House website and also undertake any other checks that you may wish to make. If however a company is not listed at Companies House it may indicate that despite its title it may not in fact be a bona fide UK based company and therefore any post-purchase warranty offered could be null and void.

All purchases include VAT, currently at 20%. As mentioned above, in addition to our on-line, next day delivery, business we also have a well-established high street presence in Flitwick. However, please be aware that some on-line companies that may superficially give the impression of being UK based, may in fact be based overseas. The prices quoted by such companies may appear competitive because they will not include VAT. However, the purchaser of items from such companies will be liable for import duty levied by HMRC when the items arrive in the UK. It may also be difficult to validate any post purchase warranty offered on such imports
